Unfortunately, even though I followed the steps you showed, my core voltage and fan speed remained grayed out, couldn't adjust them. So, without those I really can't go forward without roasting my $600 GPU. Any idea's why or where I can go to unlock those settings?
i need to know how to oc voltage no english tutorial shows how to oc voltage unigine heaven crashed on a +35 oc idk what to do Edit : i use a aorus 1080ti so i can max temp limit to 90c and power to 150
old video but still helpful. just dipped my toes into the overclocking waters and I have to admit that it is kinda fun. I got a stable +133 core clock and +500 memory clock with my evga gtx1050ti sc 4gb(single fan and no external power). running heaven it was running @ 2100 mhz graphics and 4004 mhz memory and at 56 celcius.
I got 20 more FPS, thx a lot Jay 😉
kemo and shadow 1
i dont have a core clock
Oh so that’s why my pc keeps crashing. I put it up all the way on 1000 plus lol
Will an OC gpu not last as long? Does it put more stress on it?
Should i treat artifacts the same as crashing? The benchmark runs fine except for artifacts so idk if i should turn down core clock or up the voltage
yep, true story. i OC'd my 1060 just a lil bit and got easy 1070 performance if not a bit more
You mention OC The memory as well, but you never talked about how to do that, is there anything to keep in mind when OCing memory?
Is this safe
Yup Just fucked my video card! thanks lol
My zotac 1050Ti the power limit cant go higher than 100%, any solution?
He said not to use the OSD in Afterburner and that it can cause problems... Anyone know of a good OSD that we can trust? When I’m done overclocking, I’d really like to see before and after average/minimum FPS in my games.
So when I overclock my core clock do I have to increase my core voltage once i crash on just core clock oc?
Nice video, very helpful! Shared in the Flight Sim Museum: pulsuz video yukle"http://www.migman.com/sw/util/msi-afterburner.php">http://www.migman.com/sw/util/msi-afterburner.php
I can only adjust my core voltage in a beta version and it has core voltage (%) instead of Core Voltage (mV). Can i change it to mV somehow?
I played this video on my iPad in front of me while I was over clocking my Gpu for the first time ever and absolutely love this video. If I could give this 100 likes I would. Got +14 FPS on my gtx 970 for free. Thanks p.s. I failed to mention that after my first (control) benchmark I air dusted the tower as the previous user must have had pets because there was literally clumps of dust.
