I hate my smile I have a overbite but I have braces lmao
I fake smile all of the time. I can spot them pretty well for as the saying goes, “ It takes one to know one.”

only a psychopath/sociopath uses emotions to get what they want
No one can spot my fake smiles :v
Let's be real, most American smiles are fake. So could I spot a fake smile? Yeah, probably with about 99% accuracy. If you don't know me and your that genuinely happy to see me to the point where it puts a smile on your face, then you need to start paying me.

I can tell when someone fakes a smile but when it comes to me people think I'm this happy go lucky confident in my skin person when I suffer with depression and anxiety....... Its easy look at their mouth but sometime they can make it like its real so look at the eyes if they can do it the same time even if its fake look at their face skin you should see the difference
It takes a lot of muscles to make a smile and it is awkward to try to do it at will.

The most reliable way to spot a fake smile is to see if they are not making a Duchenne Smile. A Duchenne Smile is just a fancy name for a natural joyous smile. Duchenne Smiles involve the contraction of muscles in the corners of peoples eyes. It is not a perfect method of identification since Duchenne Smiles are pretty easy to fake as well, but most people who have no idea what a Duchenne Smile is, will make fake smiles without eye muscle contractions, because they failed to realize that smiling requires more than just your mouth.
I figured out when I show facially that i'm mad when I am not. I can intimidate people, that's the complete opposite of who I am, but I am getting more attention for it. That's just what I've experienced.
